Key Responsibilities: • Recruit and train delivery couriers • Manage the performance and attendance of riders by setting targets and tracking performance with rider captains • Achieve good Delivery Time and efficiency. Identify issues with delivery and follow up on them • Manage inventory of equipment and Delivery Fleet payroll

Requirements: • Native Thai speaker and has good command of English language • Self-confident natural leader with high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently • Strong IT skills: confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps • Good understanding of Bangkok areas and street system. • Excellent people management skills: experience in coordinating teams and being responsible for more than 10 people is a must! • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality type, diverse levels of education and abilities is very important. • Knowledge of labour regulations and basic accounting principles are a plus • Experience with logistics and last-mile delivery are preferred • Can-do attitude, problem solving skills and passion for food industry.
