Job Description

As a Credit Counselor at SBI, you will assist customers in understanding and managing their credit options. You will help them choose the best credit products, guide them on loan applications, and provide financial advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice to customers on credit products.
• Assist customers with loan applications and approvals.
• Explain credit policies and help customers manage debt.
• Evaluate and assess customers’ creditworthiness.
• Follow up with customers for documentation and repayment plans.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of credit products and loan processes.
• Ability to analyze financial data.
• Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Graduates, or Post Graduates in Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• No experience required, but experience in banking or finance is a plus.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in customer service or finance is an advantage.

Salary

• INR 20,000-30,000 Per Month.
