The Service Desk is responsible for providing technical support to Myntra's customers. They are responsible for tasks such as troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer education.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
