Jio Mart is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join its team. As a Customer Support Analyst, your primary job will be to assist customers with their orders, resolve queries, and provide solutions via chat, email, or phone. You will also help with order tracking, returns, and other customer-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, or phone.
• Assist with order tracking, delivery issues, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions.
• Maintain customer records and update their interactions.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
