Job Description : - Managing overall Reverse Logistic Process. - To ensure timely pickups from customers by coordinating with logistic partners. - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. - Regular training program to RSCs and other locations/Branches - Dispute and reconciliation and DSQC process. - To engage with multiple stakeholders for network-wide program implementation. - Expansion of Open pickups ( Doorstep QC ) by aligning existing partners / on-boarding new partners. - Managing customer experience matrix in Reverse Logistics leg. - Quality Centre Operations. - Managing Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience.
