Description

• Outbound and Inbound calls handling for sales and customer escalations.
• Customer chat handling.
• Ensure 100% compliance as per the process guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and provide information about the product.
• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain records of the conversations.

Required Profile:

• Strong command over English, Hindi and any other regional languages.
• Knowledge in telesales and tele-marketing.
• Prior experience in tele calling would be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working in rotational shift and night shifts.
• Should be available for immediate joining.
