TATA Motors has released Job notifications for Customer Service Posts.
- Outbound and Inbound calls handling for sales and customer escalations.
- Customer chat handling.
- Ensure 100% compliance as per the process guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and provide information about the product.
- Manage and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain records of the conversations.
- Strong command over English, Hindi and any other regional languages.
- Knowledge in telesales and tele-marketing.
- Prior experience in tele calling would be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shift and night shifts.
- Should be available for immediate joining.
