The Spares and Maintenance Management Executive will be responsible for managing all the Spares and Maintenance Management activities. Co-ordinating with the people involved in maintenance in Plants. Monitoring that Preventive maintenance activities are not postponed due to want of spare parts that are mentioned in the task list. This includes the pre-requisite of having updated masters by collecting data for BOM for equipment and sub-equipment. Also centralized stores system and process.

The Person will have to monitor procurement to avoid items from getting financially written off in certain plants while being ordered fresh in some other. Delivery of SLA and monitoring KPI to be ensured. Facilitating inter plant transfer as well as having an overview of spare parts is also part of the job. Will be expected to provide inputs for improvement in PM compliance and reduction in three year completed financial write offs without negatively affecting line availability time.
