What you will do: Handle a team of Cluster Managers & Store Managers to ensure smooth operations Deliver best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics - on-time delivery, complete orders and orders without complaints Identify and fix leakages in the system - wastage, pilferage and any other areas to optimise cost Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controls Keep the team motivated and accountable at all times
