Job summary
Our Talent Development team is seeking a Training Specialist orchestrates the day to day operations of our employee life cycle training programs, and ensures every associate has tools they need to have a delightful learning experience. This individual contributor role located in Pune, IN, supports the Compliance Operations team as they keep customers, partners, and associates safe and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with a highly educated, diverse, and skilled workforce that strives for best in class quality results and on-going career development. You will be responsible for administrative duties to plan training events, lead the data collection and processing of onboarding procedures at the site level, and complete Learning Management System administration to ensure associates, subject matter experts (SMEs), and trainers have obtained credit for courses completed.

We are seeking a team player who uses his/her/they own ability to respond effectively and adapts as needed to ensure a best in class learning experience for associates and participants.

Key job responsibilities
* Demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in core program administration job duties

* Process expert user in KNET, Adobe Connect, SIM ticketing, and Project Management tools

* Demonstrate positive and professional customer service skills with a friendly, knowledgeable approach

* Coordinate training events and logistics. Manage within timelines and budget. Escalate to leadership as needed

* Become an expert in using our LMS to maintain courses, offerings, registrations, wait-lists, reports

* Leverage systems and databases to streamline registration, tracking, and reporting processes

* Collect and report associate performance metrics and data to senior leaders and stakeholders

* Automate and simplify routine processes to make room for more complex work

* Build skills as a trainer and facilitate or manage classrooms as needed

 

A day in the life
A typical day involves one of three bodies of work: 1) full cycle administration of training programs (pre, during, post), 2) reporting and ongoing assessment of existing associates, and 3) participation in projects with the central talent development team or program leaders. One day you will schedule and capture notes for program meetings confirming trainer and support readiness of programs. You capture and track execution against hiring forecasts for the month and quarter. Once programs are in flight, you are inputting metrics and contributing to WBR, MBR, or QBR data metric call-outs. Another day, you meet with the global onboarding team to evaluate and update training inventory and delivery strategy to improve and create a consistent learning experience globally. While working on these impactful workstreams, you build relationships with the global team to develop your expertise through best in class strategies and professional development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Degree or certification in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

* 1+ years’ experience onsite training coordinator or administrative role

* Full proficiency in MS Office

* Fluency in local language and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Lead structured process improvement applying lean Six Sigma methodologies.

* Proficiency with MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBi, Quicksight. and / or similar analytical platforms

* Proficiency in developing SharePoint, website, or wiki sites

* Data analyst skill sets including data cleaning and preparation, statistical knowledge, data visualization

* The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances

* Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work with autonomy
